Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer a flat shipping rate
of $6.95 by UPS ground, to our retail customers within the continental
United States. We offer FREE SHIPPING on retail orders over $60,
for retail customers within the continental U.S. Wholesale customers
will be charged actual shipping costs (UPS or other carrier), which
will be added to the wholesale invoice.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours
from the time of receipt, by United Parcel Service ground, or USPS
(where applicable). Please provide a street address for shipping,
since UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please verify that
your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.
We ship from Petaluma, California. Delivery
time for UPS ground service varies from 1-2 days for California,
to 7-10 days for East Coast addresses. If you choose expedited or
other shipping methods, you will be charged actual shipping costs
for the method selected.
Non-Continental US: Orders to Hawaii,
Alaska, and US territories will be shipped by United States Postal
Service Priority Mail. We will calculate the shipping charge, based
on the size and weight of the parcel, and email you with the shipping
cost. We will ship your order only after receiving your approval.
International Orders: We are not accepting International orders at this time.
